Formidable challenges such as peace, environmental protection or the sharing of resources await humanity in the 21st century. All of them require a great deal of collaboration between people who are inevitably different. It is therefore urgent to learn to look positively at diversity in order to act together.

Forming a plural crew in the image of our society is a way of saying yes, it's possible. It's possible to accept and work with others. It is a rich experience, a positive example and a field for experimentation.
